Default Assassins Promise, Other Uses?

Somebody has to have had this cross their mind. Assassin's promise recharges all skills people!!! Its not just assassin skills!!! The possibilities are huge.

In PvE the enemies dying is predictable, find one dying and 99.9% of the time you'll get it.

Imagine a Mo/A with 11+4 DF, 10+1 heal, and 10 deadly arts.
Not only would assassins promise recharge all skills but that is one hell of an energy battery. Theoretically it could be used on every creature before it dies. Recharge all skills..... divine spirit anyone?

Really the possibilities are huge, lets hear some discussion or some other skill it could be used to recharge quickly.

How about a spirit ritualist? Boon of creation, assassins promise your gonna be spamming spirits for no energy cost. Especially since a rit can just stare at what the party is doing while using those long spirit casts.

Using promise to recharge awsome stances like lightning reflexes.. Expertise assassin with perma lightning reflexes ftw.

Perma iway with only one person dead.

Heavens Delight / Divine healing spam, aegis,

Sorry eles, best I can come up with for you is assassins promise to exaust yourself with meteor showers.

Unless it recharges itself the 45 recharge makes it useless.

Its a hex so that's a weakness. Target has to die so a BIG bullseye is painted. You just gave away your spike target.

First line here is what matters the most.

Doesn't matter what you take in pve you can win. That's a moot point.

That's actually a really nice idea, and I can't see how it'd be anything other than effective in PvE. Not a chance of it being any good in PvP, though, sadly.

Actually it is highly used in the new FoTm Soul Barbs spike. The necros throw it on the spike target so it recharges all their spike skills.
